    Salt Spray Testing for Bathroom Products Understanding NSS and ASS

    I. What is a Salt Spray Test?


    The salt spray test is an experimental method that accelerates the corrosion process of materials. Test sample will put into a sealed test chamber. The chamber simulates a marine or high-humidity, high-salt environment by spraying a salt solution (usually sodium chloride solution).
